Market Ecomapua Projects
				ECOMAPUA Carbon projects have this long-term vision and aims to establish a sustainable model for recovery of degraded areas located in specific at the Mapuá River, one of the most important rivers in the municipality of Breves. The creation of value to the standing forest is the main challenge and one of the biggest measurable impacts from the economic and financial, social, political and environmental, with respect to the universe of small river communities in the region. The activities of the project therefore should consider these variables, considering the local reality and its dynamics in order to create a replicable model of development, at least on a regional scale, and in line with the global demands for reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and benefiting from the environmental services market.
